Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Belerino. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a few additional days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping rates and delivery times

  • Standard shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
  • Free standard shipping: on all orders over $35.

Delivery times are estimates from the date your order ships and are not guaranteed. Total time from order placement to delivery is typically 4–9 business days (1–2 days processing + 3–7 days transit).

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the email is sent.

Shipping carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and product. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at support@belerino.com within 30 days of the shipping date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@belerino.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect product. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Taxes and customs
Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout where required by US law. Since we currently only ship within the United States, no customs duties apply.
